The Gahanna Animal Hospital, led by the husband-and-wife team of Dr. John Worman and Dr. Paula Marrie since its acquisition in 1981, has undergone significant growth and transformation. Initially, the facility featured a treatment room, a small pharmacy, and two exam rooms. To accommodate an increasing number of patients, major renovations took place in 1994 and again in 2005, resulting in a modern full-service animal hospital. The current facility includes an expansive treatment area, a fully stocked pharmacy, an in-house laboratory, an intensive care unit, a surgical suite, as well as grooming and doggie daycare areas.

Today, Gahanna Animal Hospital employs eight associate veterinarians alongside the owners. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of services including wellness care, vaccinations, internal medicine diagnostics, hospitalization, radiology, mobile ultrasound, allergy testing, acupuncture, dental procedures, surgical interventions, long-term case management, behavioral consultations, emergencies, grooming, boarding, puppy classes, and doggie daycare.
